I played through the entire unpatched game and was absolutely perplexed by the guides and screenshots I saw. IF YOU BUY THIS GAME ON STEAM, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE KAGURA GAMES WEBSITE AND INSTALL THE PATCH TO ACCESS ANY ADULT CONTENT. This really threw me off because the majority of adult games on steam just come with all the content. Again, IF YOU DON'T SEE LUST METERS, IF YOUR CHARACTER IS JUST THE BLUE MC CHARACTER, ETC, YOU NEED TO GO ONTO THE KAGURA GAMES WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD THE PATCH FOR WINTER MEMORIES. I feel trolled, but at least I got to the right content eventually.
