Terms of Service

By using PlayPulse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Your account

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to post illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content. Spam, astroturfing, vote manipulation, and attempts to circumvent rate limits or security measures are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you publish on PlayPulse. By posting, you grant PlayPulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the site. You may delete your posts and account at any time.

4. Rankings and ratings

Rankings are algorithmically generated from community signals. We do not guarantee that any game will appear in a specific position, and we reserve the right to adjust the algorithm as needed. Attempts to manipulate rankings may result in content removal or account suspension.

5. Disclaimers

PlayPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of rankings, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the site at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
