A friend recommended it and I owe them one. The Action, Adventure, MMO mix is what kept me playing; TERA - Action MMORPG knows what it wants to be. The pitch — TERA is an epic fantasy MMORPG experience. Master the action-packed combat — is delivered without too much filler. Pacing is generous, checkpoints are fair, and the whole thing respects your time. The soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting in the quieter sections. If you are on the fence, give it a shot.

It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down. TERA - Action MMORPG wears its Action, Adventure, MMO influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. The pitch — TERA is an epic fantasy MMORPG experience. Master the action-packed combat — is delivered without too much filler. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. It runs well on a mid-range rig, though the later areas get busy. Worth it, especially on sale.
