Easy recommendation
Jedi Academy is in all honestly probably never going to be dethroned when it comes to lightsaber combat, Jedi Academy delivers an alright Single player campaign that gets much more fun with the vast amount of mods that the community has made, Jedi Academy however delivers an unparalleled multiplayer experience. The story in singe player is serviceable but nothing too great or good especially when compared to other star wars games, The Combat is a blast though and probably the most fun in any star wars game (Mostly Lightsabers though lets be real), Multiplayer is a different beast entirely, It's a chaotic fun and entirely community driven joy that is so rarely seen elsewhere (Off the top of my head i can only think of Neverwinter Nights servers and maybe VTM Bloodhunt) The modding on this game is very extensive and well worth your time as well! (JKHub is the main place for 99% of all mods for the Jedi Knight series) Overall Jedi Academy is a game that any star wars fan should at least try if not for the combat definitely for the community.

When I thought the previous game was perfect, this game comes in an outdoes it in every way but the story. The story is amazing, mind you. But sadly it doesn't reach the levels of Jedi Outcast. That being said, the ability to create your own Jedi OC more than makes up for it. And the fact that your OC is voiced puts Japanese games to shame. In fact, this game puts ALL other games to shame. The fact that this game never got a sequel breaks my heart. 12/10

as a star wars fan, this game was utterly hectic
as a star wars fan, this game was utterly hectic. easily one of the best (if not, the best) lightsaber and force combat systems. absolutely loved the story, the different lightsaber styles/figurations. this game was easily ahead of it’s time and 110% will be hard to beat.
