This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. shapez 2 - Factory leans hard into Cozy, Sim, Strategy, and that is exactly the part that worked for me. The pitch — Dive into a factory-building game with the focus on just that – building huge — is delivered without too much filler. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. There is more content here than the price suggests. Easy recommend at full price.

I went in with modest expectations and came out genuinely impressed. shapez 2 - Factory wears its Cozy, Sim, Strategy influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. The pitch — Dive into a factory-building game with the focus on just that – building huge — is delivered without too much filler. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. The soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting in the quieter sections. Easy recommend at full price.
