I’ve spent over 1,000 hours in this game on their standalone launcher. After accidentally purchasing the wrong premium membership, I requested a refund. They granted it — and then banned me. According to their Terms of Use, refunding is not allowed. However, consumer law overrides such internal policies, which is likely why they processed it. Still, they chose to punish me with a permanent ban — despite years of playtime. I’ve never encountered a developer who penalizes users for exercising their legal rights. If you make a mistake here, the consequences are harsh. I recommend extreme caution before investing time or money.
