This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. The Action, Adventure, MMO mix is what kept me playing; Radical Heights knows what it wants to be. It helps that the premise (Welcome to RADICAL HEIGHTS, a free X-TREME Early Access BATTLE ROYALE shooter) actually shows up in the moment-to-moment play. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. It runs well on a mid-range rig, though the later areas get busy. Worth it, especially on sale.

This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. Radical Heights wears its Action, Adventure, MMO influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. On paper it is Welcome to RADICAL HEIGHTS, a free X-TREME Early Access BATTLE ROYALE shooter, and for once the game mostly lives up to that. Pacing is generous, checkpoints are fair, and the whole thing respects your time. The UI takes a little getting used to, but everything is where you expect it. If you are on the fence, give it a shot.
