I remember playing this when I was younger
I remember playing this when I was younger. I thought I was good at it. Returning to it years later has been an interesting experience. The game hasn't gotten harder. I have simply discovered that younger me was also terrible at strategy. At least now I have the wisdom to lose with better graphics.

Interchangeable with Titan Quest and Warcraft 3 as my favorite childhood game
Interchangeable with Titan Quest and Warcraft 3 as my favorite childhood game. I remember playing the missions for hours trying to roleplay the commander main character and win and build properly. The game is as good as I remember it, just a lot easier. - is beautiful. This is probably the game that made me love sci-fi so much. The architecture, landscape and maps are so unique and pretty, and all the different units and especially voice lines are so good and iconic. - is classic RTS so idk what else to say. I haven't really played many... The only ones I've played are this and Warcraft 3 and they're peak to me - I loved. Even though I haven't played the previous titles due to them looking outdated in my opinion, I read summaries of the story coming to this part so I can understand it better. Acting and actors incorporated in the cutscenes are great and bring something that I haven't seen in other games, it just fits perfectly. And the story itself is very interesting, especially finally seeing the aliens. Peak game that I'll never be able to see an ending to bc they ruined the 4th installment. 8/10
