If you are looking for a complete fishing simulation game look elsewhere
If you are looking for a complete fishing simulation game look elsewhere. The game was released in an Alpha state but treated as a full release. While the game has come a fair ways from the release state it is still an early release at beast in playability. I personally am still experiencing the day one issue of not having fishing spots trigger and mark on my map. The graphics are a far cry from their older game running on their previous engine. The fact that they have worked to improve the water graphics and physics shows that none of these were done pre-release but could have been if a larger team, more time, or an honest appraisal and statement by the developer of the current state of the game from the start. All in all 4/10 with the possibility to improve once they put a full development team on the title UPDATE 11/10/22 The challenger update did nothing to resolve the issues that have been raised. The community team will also harass you in their discord for having any opinion that is contrary to theirs and will ban you if you dont back down or allow them to continue to harass you with other members of their community.

I just turned 90 years old and can no longer go fishing in real life. I find this game to be a realistic fishing experience. I get into fishing just like I did for years. It feels like the real thing, except. no fishy hands and no cold weather.
