It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down. The Action, Adventure, Multiplayer mix is what kept me playing; BIGFOOT knows what it wants to be. On paper it is You are a Bigfoot hunter with an important mission: to put an end to rumours, and for once the game mostly lives up to that. Pacing is generous, checkpoints are fair, and the whole thing respects your time. There is more content here than the price suggests. If you are on the fence, give it a shot.

I bounced off it twice before finally giving up. Fans of Action, Adventure, Multiplayer will recognise the pieces, though BIGFOOT never quite assembles them. The idea (You are a Bigfoot hunter with an important mission: to put an end to rumours) is there, but the execution never catches up to it. It asks for a lot of grinding before the interesting parts show up. Checkpoints are frequent enough that a bad run never feels punishing. Not for everyone, and not for me.
