If you love Star Wars, buy this
If you love Star Wars, buy this. If you love RPGs, buy this. If you love damn good stories with damn good companions, buy this. If you love and exalt the glory days of Bioware (RIP, sweet prince), buy this. This is the fourth version of KOTOR I've purchased. I regret nothing. I want to play it again just writing this review. It took hold of me during my formative years and never let go. It's etched into every fiber of my being, into my very soul. This is Bioware at peak performance. Superb storytelling, character choice, voice acting, and Star Warsy goodness all wrapped up into a near perfect package. Also, teasing Bastila is easily one of life's greatest pleasures. It's aged, obviously. But so what? KOTOR is like cheese or a fine wine. It gets better with age. Disclaimer: I claim no responsibility for people getting sick from eating old cheese. Shout-out to the random Best Buy employee who recommended this game to me over a decade ago. You da real MVP.
