Still thinking about it
Come for the fun ultra violence and ragdolls, stay for the thrill of mundane police work and charming interactions with the good citizens of Detroit. What the trailers don't show is that a good portion of the game involves you walking around immaculately rendered 80s-scum cityscapes yapping it up with the locals and doing cop-stuff (ticketing cars, resolving disputes, building public trust), and honestly it some of the best parts of the game.

Die Hard, Escape from New York, and Predator are all franchises that need to be licensed to these devs. They can capture the feeling of what the IPs are like and deserve a larger budget from their publisher. Maybe give them another chance at making a Rambo game too now that they know what they are doing.
