Right click the game in Origin/Steam and select 'Game properties'. Copy and paste the following: -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60.0 If you have the horsepower and can run @ a stable 60, you might want to try full screen AA. Add the following onto the end of what you just copied and pasted: -Render.ResolutionScale 1.2 Play around with what works best for you; 1.1 is minimal and 2.0 is beautiful but extremely taxing on your hardware.

🔴🔴Read this before you download this game
🔴🔴Read this before you download this game. This game (NFS Rivals Complete Edition) no longer provides the listed DLCs due to the server shutdown. No DLC cars or features are available when you download the game directly through Steam or the EA app. According to EA Help, they do not offer the DLCs anymore because they cannot assign them(DLCs) to our EA accounts. Without being linked to our account, the DLCs are not approved, so DLCs cannot be downloaded or played on PC. Only the base game is playable (without multiplayer features and DLCs). Old EA accounts that already owned the game before this server shutdown may still have access to the DLCs when they redownload it. But this is not guaranteed ⚠️Don’t be misled by the outdated description provided by the game’s author. Thank You. Have a Nice Day.
