It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down. Minecraft leans hard into Sandbox, Survival, Multiplayer, and that is exactly the part that worked for me. The pitch — The block sandbox that became a culture. — is delivered without too much filler. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. Checkpoints are frequent enough that a bad run never feels punishing. Easy recommend at full price.

This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. The Sandbox, Survival, Multiplayer mix is what kept me playing; Minecraft knows what it wants to be. It helps that the premise (The block sandbox that became a culture.) actually shows up in the moment-to-moment play. The difficulty curve is gentle at first and then asks more of you, which felt right. There is more content here than the price suggests. Easy recommend at full price.
