A quiet favourite
Having put over 150 hours into Blood Bowl 1, and a little over 50 hours into Blood Bowl 2, I think the game is well worth the upgrade. The graphics are better, the UI is vastly superior, and it's far easier for newer players to pick up the game and learn. There was an issue with the end turn button being in an awful place, but that's been fixed. All that said, there are a few downsides. I do wish the DLC had launched with the game, as it seemed to me they marketed it that way. I also wish the league settings and stat tracking were a bit more in depth, but that's something that could get patched in down the line. Overall though, the game is solid, and I've had a ton of fun playing it. Some might say it's not worth the price, but I've played this game far more than a lot of other games I payed the same, or more, for. If you love sports, turn-based strategy, and fantasy, you'll love Blood Bowl 2.

Am I the only one who is getting tired of only purchasing 50 percent of a PC game for $60?
Am I the only one who is getting tired of only purchasing 50 percent of a PC game for $60? I bought this (like many of Warhammer games) when it first came out and was stoked as I loved the original. But then it is DLC after DLC and then expansion pack after expansion pack. I miss the days when you bought a PC game and it was the full game not just part of a game. The game itself is fun, but some of the random rolls are a little frustrating. Graphics are improved and the atmosphere is good. But I cannot recommend this because I feel like I am being DLC'd to death.
