Criminal fraud and/or theft
Criminal fraud and/or theft. Keys do not work, Ubisoft says the issue is on Steam's end, and Steam will not provide new keys or issue a refund. I am *allowed* to purchase the game *again* on Ubi's platform if I want to play it. What I have paid already has simply been stolen. I expect this out of EA or Ubisoft, but Valve is supposed to be above this. Trust destroyed.

This game gets a lot of hate
This game gets a lot of hate. Personally I loved it, the game, and the main character, Connor, is a really deep character. The reason why this game gets hate is the super slow tutorial part, that lasts a good couple of hours. Once you get past that, the game becomes really fluid and fun. Don't believe anything other reviewers say, make your own opinions. Nothing is true, everything is permitted.

Frustrating more than fun
Ubisoft support informed me that the game can no longer be activated on Steam due to the release of ACIII remastered, and instructed me to contact Steam to request a refund. Steam tells me they won't issue a refund since I bought it too long ago. Shame on Steam for selling me an unplayable game and refusing to refund it.
