It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down

It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down. If Strategy is your thing, Othercide delivers it without much filler. It helps that the premise (As Humanity’s last hope, lead your army to combat in an intricate dance of) actually shows up in the moment-to-moment play. It never wastes your time with filler encounters. Performance was solid on my machine, no crashes across a full playthrough. I will be back for another run.

I went in with modest expectations and came out genuinely impressed. Othercide leans hard into Strategy, and that is exactly the part that worked for me. It never wastes your time with filler encounters. Performance was solid on my machine, no crashes across a full playthrough. I will be back for another run.
